Rologram — End User License Agreement (EULA)

Last Updated: October 20, 2026

Effective Date: November 19, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and Arc Labs LLC ("Arc Labs," "we," "us," or "our") for the Rologram mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are incorporated into this EULA. The Terms control conflicts with this EULA, subject to the priority rules in Terms Section 1, including mandatory law, mandatory app store requirements, and applicable signed organization agreements. Apple App Store or Google Play terms also apply to downloads and purchases through the respective store.

For Apple downloads, the Apple Standard EULA is incorporated where applicable. This EULA and the Terms control any conflict to the extent Apple's mandatory requirements permit.

1. License grant

Subject to this EULA and the Terms, Arc Labs grants you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your own use or your organization's internal business purposes. For the iOS App, the license covers Apple-branded products you own or control as permitted by the usage rules in the Apple Media Services Terms, including access through Family Sharing or volume purchasing where permitted. For the Android App, the license covers compatible devices you own or control as permitted by Google Play's terms. Revocation is subject to the termination provisions below and mandatory consumer rights.

Except where applicable law permits otherwise, you may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the App, other than copies permitted by this license or applicable store rules.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the App's source code.
  • Remove or alter proprietary notices.
  • Use the App unlawfully or in breach of the Terms' acceptable-use requirements.
  • Transfer the App or your license to another party, except as applicable store rules expressly allow.

2. Account registration

Certain features require an account. Provide accurate and current information, safeguard your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access to support@rologram.ai. You are responsible for activity you authorize and reasonable account security measures. Eligibility, parental consent, organization accounts, and account responsibilities are governed by Terms Section 3.

3. Subscriptions and in-app purchases

3.1 Free tier

The App is free to download and includes a limited feature set. Current features and usage limits are shown in the App and may change as described in the Terms.

3.2 Rologram Pro — auto-renewable subscription

Rologram Pro provides additional features, including AI-enhanced OCR processing, subject to the plan details and limits shown at purchase. Subscription prices are:

PlanPriceFree Trial
Monthly$3.99 per month1 month free
Annual$39.99 per yearN/A

Prices are in USD and may vary by region. Prices include applicable taxes where required by law. The store's purchase screen shows the price, available trial, eligibility, and billing terms that apply to your purchase.

3.3 Apple billing and renewal

Apple charges your Apple account when you confirm a purchase or when an applicable trial ends. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple may charge for renewal within the 24 hours before that period ends at the applicable subscription price. Manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple account subscription settings. Apple's billing terms and any mandatory local rights apply.

3.4 Free trials

An available trial starts when you subscribe, subject to the eligibility and duration shown by the store. You are not charged during a free trial. Unless canceled by the store's deadline, the trial converts to a paid subscription. Any forfeiture of unused trial time or loss of access on cancellation follows the applicable store's terms.

3.5 Cancellation and refunds

Cancel through the store where you subscribed. Cancellation generally stops the next renewal, with paid access continuing through the current billing period; trial cancellation follows the store's terms. Deleting the App or your Rologram account does not cancel your subscription. Request Apple purchase refunds through Apple and Google Play purchase refunds through Google Play. Store refund policies and applicable law govern eligibility. Nothing in this EULA limits statutory cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights.

3.6 Price changes

We provide advance notice of price changes and obtain consent where required by law or store rules. You can cancel before a new price takes effect. Price changes do not replace the store's notice and consent requirements.

3.7 Google Play billing and renewal

For Android purchases through Google Play, Google charges the payment method associated with your Google account when you purchase or an applicable trial ends, under the terms shown at checkout. Subscriptions automatically renew each billing period unless canceled before the store's renewal deadline. Manage and cancel them in Google Play's subscription settings. Trial conversion, renewal charges, cancellation timing, and refunds follow Google Play's terms and applicable law; Apple's billing deadlines do not apply to Google Play purchases.

3.8 Organization billing

Organization subscriptions are billed through Stripe under the organization's order form. That form controls its pricing, billing schedule, renewal, and cancellation as described in Terms Section 4; the consumer subscription table above does not replace an organization's order form.

4. Your content and other people's data

You retain the rights you hold in the content you provide. AI input and output rights are addressed in Terms Section 5, and organization team data in Terms Section 8. You grant Arc Labs the limited license in Terms Section 6 to host, store, process, reproduce, and display content to provide the App and carry out your sharing, integration, and AI requests, including through service providers acting for us.

You must have the rights and lawful basis needed to collect, scan, upload, enrich, and share other people's information. Provide required notices, obtain consent where required, and honor applicable requests concerning their data. Prohibited content and acceptable use are governed by Terms Sections 6 and 7. We may restrict violating content as described there.

5. Privacy and data processing

The Privacy Policy explains the information we process, providers we use, retention, and your rights and choices. The following summarizes App features without replacing that policy.

5.1 Account and card data

We process account information, your own card, collected cards and card photos, notes, tags, follow-ups, and feature usage to provide the Service. Organization data is subject to the organization's instructions and administrator access described in the Terms and Privacy Policy.

5.2 Camera and scanning

The camera supports scanning business cards and QR codes. Initial card text recognition takes place on the device. When you use server AI enhancement, recognized text and your device's local parse are sent through Arc Labs servers to OpenRouter and its routed model provider. Card photos may be stored with your collected cards; their storage and deletion follow the Privacy Policy.

5.3 Artificial intelligence features

Optional, labeled AI features may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or biased results that are not professional advice, and you must review them before relying on, saving, sharing, or sending them. Terms Section 5 governs these features, including input and output rights and your responsibilities, while Privacy Policy Section 3 explains on-device and server processing; we do not use your content or AI results to train or improve AI models.

5.4 Contacts and voice notes

With your permission, the App can sync collected cards with your device's Contacts. On iOS, voice transcription uses Apple Speech on the device, and audio is never uploaded. Apple Intelligence notes clean-up also stays on the device; server notes clean-up requires your permission and is used only when the on-device model is unavailable. See Privacy Policy Section 3 for processing details and choices.

5.5 Caller ID

If you enable Caller ID, names from collected cards are written to the on-device CallKit call directory extension. That extension data stays on the device; the underlying collected card records are still processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

5.6 Export and deletion

Export data in Settings → Export and manage data. Delete your account in Settings → Delete account, or contact support@rologram.ai for assistance. Account data is deleted within 30 days, with backups retained for up to 90 days, subject to the Privacy Policy's legal retention exceptions. Organization-controlled data follows the organization's instructions. The Privacy Policy explains other retention periods, including AI request metadata retained for 90 days without request text.

6. Intellectual property

Arc Labs and its licensors own the App's software, designs, trademarks, and other intellectual property. Your content and AI outputs remain subject to the ownership provisions referenced in Section 4. This EULA grants only the limited App license in Section 1. Feedback is governed by Terms Section 10.

7. Third-party services and platform terms

Third-party services and integrations are subject to Terms Section 9 and their applicable terms. You must comply with relevant third-party agreements, including your wireless service agreement. Our responsibilities under applicable law and the Privacy Policy remain in effect.

Terms Section 19's Apple- and Google-specific provisions are incorporated into this EULA. For the iOS App, this agreement is between you and Arc Labs; Apple is not a party and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Arc Labs is responsible for the App, its content, support, applicable warranties, product claims, and the investigation, defense, settlement, and resolution of intellectual property claims concerning the App or your permitted use.

If the iOS App fails to meet an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of its purchase price. To the extent permitted by law, Apple has no further warranty obligation, and Arc Labs is responsible for other warranty claims that are not lawfully excluded. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and Apple may enforce it against you upon your acceptance.

You represent that you are not in a country subject to a US government embargo or designated by the US government as supporting terrorism, and are not on a US government list of prohibited or restricted parties. The export requirements in Terms Section 20 also apply.

For Google Play downloads, Arc Labs supplies the App license and app support and addresses app-related claims; Google provides its store services under the Google Play terms. Store billing and refunds follow Section 3 above. Direct App questions, complaints, and claims to Arc Labs LLC at support@rologram.ai.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" to the extent permitted by law. The disclaimers in Terms Section 13 apply, including the limits of OCR, AI, enrichment, and automated scores. Mandatory warranties, obligations of reasonable care and skill, and consumer rights are not excluded.

9. Limitation of liability

Terms Section 14 controls liability under this EULA. To the extent permitted by law, the aggregate cap is the greater of the amounts you paid Arc Labs for the Service in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100, including payments through Apple, Google, or Stripe. The cap, excluded damages, and all exceptions and consumer protections in that section apply together; this EULA creates no separate or lower cap. EU and UK consumers' statutory rights are unaffected.

10. Indemnification

Terms Section 15 governs indemnification for third-party claims caused by your unlawful use, content that violates another person's rights, or breach of the agreement. It excludes claims to the extent caused by our breach, negligence, or misconduct and preserves mandatory consumer rights.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account as described in Terms Section 16. We may suspend or terminate access for the reasons and with the notice and opportunity to correct a breach described there. Termination does not cancel store subscriptions; cancel them separately.

When your license ends, stop using the App and delete your copies. Data retention and deletion follow the Privacy Policy. Accrued obligations, ownership, permitted retention, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, dispute resolution, and other provisions intended to continue survive termination as described in the Terms.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

California law and the dispute resolution provisions in Terms Section 17 apply to this EULA, as set out in the Terms of Service, which control. That section includes the 60-day informal process, binding individual AAA arbitration, consumer fee protections, small-claims and intellectual property exceptions, class action and jury trial waivers, a 30-day email opt-out after first accepting the Terms, and the mass-arbitration protocol. Its mandatory consumer-law protections, local-court rights, tolling, and severability rules apply in full, including the exclusions for EU and UK residents and other jurisdictions that prohibit pre-dispute consumer arbitration. This EULA does not create a separate forum requirement or shorten or restart the opt-out period.

13. Changes to this EULA

We will give at least 30 days' notice of material changes through the App, website, or your account email before they take effect and update the dates above. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance, except where law requires express consent. If you disagree, stop using the App and cancel any subscriptions. Terms Section 18 governs changes, including protection of existing disputes and valid arbitration opt-outs.

14. Severability

An unenforceable provision does not invalidate the remaining agreement. The specific arbitration and class-waiver severability rules in Terms Section 17 control disputes. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.

15. Entire agreement

This EULA, the Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable signed organization agreement form the agreement concerning the App. Terms Section 1 controls their order of priority. Terms Section 20 supplies the general provisions, including notices, assignment, export controls, US government users, force majeure, and language.
